“ There is not much variety in this area of Newark, however, this Chinese Halal restaurant is a breath of fresh air. They offer both white steamed rice, brown, and fried rice which can be hard to come across. I was feeling a vegetarian meal so I opted for the crispy tofu in garlic sauce which came accompanied with an assortment of vegetables (carrots, squash, broccoli, and green beans) and steamed white rice. You can find a great deal here with their lunch special pricing, so definitely come before 3pm to take advantage. I'll be coming back, but will want to try a seafood option as well as a chicken option on my next visit. ”
